Christmas Stockings

We'd like to take this time to remind each of you that as industry analysts, you are able to send us stocking stuffers. We know that the big companies that you work for don't allow us to give you gifts (other than this newsletter and our N-Square dinner)! But it turns out that the reverse isn't true. You're free to shower the analyst community with treats of all sorts during the holidays. Most analysts say that these sorts of gifts do not change their opinions. But, don't worry, we run an open organization here and those little treats can make a difference. This year's "best stocking stuffer" award goes to IronPort, which sent us absolutely the best cookies we've ever had. This year the treats were fine -- mind you we're not complaining -- (we could have done without that can of SPAM -- yes we got the joke). But we do want to remind you that there are only about 350 days left to send food treats this way. (By the way, we're always open for a free lunch in case you can't wait that long.)
